I offer private sessions for individuals, small groups, and teams that are really tailored to what’s needed in that moment.
Sometimes that looks like breathwork for performance or stress, sometimes it’s movement or mindfulness, and other times it’s creating a full experience to mark something meaningful.
The work is always responsive and designed around the person or group in front of me.
